At Design District, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. Please review our return policy below for both personalized and non-personalized items:
Personalized Products
Due to the custom nature of personalized products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or there was a manufacturing error. If your item arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. You will need to provide a clear photo showing the issue. We will offer a free reprint or a refund based on the nature of the defect. Please note that we cannot accept returns for issues such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
Non-Personalized Products
For non-personalized items, we also adhere to a strict no-return policy unless the product is defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence of the issue. We will either reprint the item or process a refund to your account.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to your Design District account balance and can be transferred back to the original payment method if necessary. Please allow a few business days for the processing of your refund.
